Four hundred years in the vineyard and an everlasting passion for wine. For over four centuries, the history of the Armani family and viticulture in the Adige Valley have worked in tandem. The Crosano vineyards on Monte Baldo are rooted on black, indestructible basalt, and grow on narrow, steep mountain terraces at the altitude of chestnut and fir trees (600/700 m asl).  Descending south of Rovereto, in the Vallagarina, the vineyards lie at the foot of Monte Baldo and the Lessinia plateau: a fertile land, marked at the same time by the mountain that begins to loom large and by the powerful course of the Adige. The soil is enriched by the sediments transported downstream by the various glaciations, favouring a thousand zonations in the search for the most suitable place, and the best balance for planting the right variety and producing regional wines, from native to international.
